The nylon bobbin, sitting on top of the aluminum core, protrudes either side from the expensive swing arm to be the first to receive impact in any crash. With EP’s innovative design, the nylon can rotate with the impact and reduce stress and damage on the motorcycle. The protector heads are mounted to the rear wheel by a strong roll threaded stainless steel spindle rod.
